Cancellation And Refund Policy


Cancellation by Participant:

    1. If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment in the workshop, they must notify Integration Quest (iQ) in writing or via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the session. 
    2. If the cancellation notice is received within the specified timeframe, the participant will be eligible for a full refund of the training fee.
    3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the training session or failure to attend without any prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the training fee.


Cancellation by the Provider:

    1. In rare circumstances, iQ may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop session due to unforeseen events, insufficient registrations, or other reasons beyond our control.
    2. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop session at a mutually agreeable time.
    3. If rescheduling is not possible or the participant is unable to attend the new date, a full refund of the session fee will be provided.



    1. If a participant is unable to attend the workshop session, they may request a substitute participant to take their place.
    2. The request for substitution must be made in writing or via email at least 24 hours before the training session.
    3. The substitute participant must meet any prerequisites or requirements for the workshop.
    4. No additional fees will be charged for a substitution.



    1. Participants who fail to attend a workshop session without providing any prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
    2. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or substitution.
