Tricia del Carmen Hammann is a Salesforce and MuleSoft trainer, certified business analyst, and agile coach with over 25 years of experience across technology, systems engineering, logistics transformation, and enterprise enablement. Based in Munich, Germany, she delivers technical education in three languages — German, English, and Spanish — to professionals across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Her journey in technology began as a Systems Engineer at Siemens AG, where she spent nearly a decade building a deep technical foundation in complex enterprise environments. That technical grounding evolved into a genuine passion for knowledge transfer — a thread that runs through every chapter of her career. At Lear Corporation, she designed and led training programs across 18 production sites in Mexico and Honduras, ultimately driving a 37% improvement in operational performance. It was there that she discovered what would define her career: the outsized impact of making technical knowledge truly accessible.

That conviction carried her into the Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystem, where she built a reputation as one of the most trusted instructors in the EMEA region. As a Technical Instructor at MuleSoft and later as a Senior Technical Instructor at Salesforce, Tricia trained over 800 professionals — earning a CSAT score of 4.76/5.00 through a pedagogy that is practical, participant-centered, and always grounded in real-world application. She has developed certification-oriented training materials, hands-on labs, and e-learning content spanning CRM, integration, and AI topics, and has spoken at international events including Dreamforce 2024 and Salesforce Women Who Network.
